Meet Dr. Jessica Chellsen, PT, DPT, CSCS
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. At my practice, I work with women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey to help them feel strong, pain-free, leak free, and empowered and prepared for birth. I am excited to help share this invaluable knowledge to help you have a vibrant pregnancy and help prepare your body for birth.
