Meet Dr. Jessica Chellsen, PT, DPT, CSCS

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy. At my practice, I work with women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey to help them feel strong, pain-free, leak free, and empowered and prepared for birth. I am excited to help share this invaluable knowledge to help you have a vibrant pregnancy and help prepare your body for birth.

Is this course right for you?

This course was designed to help give you guidance about your body and pelvic floor throughout pregnancy. The internet has given us so many resources at our fingertips, but sometimes it can be overwhelming. There is so much information about pelvic floor health and exercise in pregnancy, and I am here to clearly explain and demonstrate what we have seen in the research and what I reccomend as a pelvic floor specialist.
